CANCELLATION POLICY

COMMISSIONS

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure a commission from J.Amados Designs.

If the commission has not yet been completed and you wish to cancel, 75% of the total payment will be required.

If the commission has been completed and you wish to cancel, full payment is still required, excluding shipping costs.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

You may cancel your order for original artworks and prints prior to dispatch or within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return your purchase, or it is damaged in transit, please notify us within 14 working days of receiving your goods. You can contact us through our contact page.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

If you wish to return an original piece from JAmados.Designs please notify us within 14 working days of receiving your goods. You can contact us through our contact page.

PLEASE NOTE: Return items will only be accepted if they are in unused, original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

PRINTS

As these are bespoke, made-to-order goods, a 50% fee of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from any refund. However, if an item is damaged when you receive it, you may return this for a replacement or a refund. You must notify of us of any fault or damage within 14 days of receipt. Please email us through our contact page and provide the following information:

  • Name and delivery address on the order
  • Order number or SKU number
  • A photo of the damage to or fault with the item and packaging

Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund will be issued on the return of the faulty item. 

SALE ITEMS

Items on sale or purchases made by gift cards are not legible for a refund.

Upon receiving any purchased item, please kindly contact us if you have received the wrong item and we will help to resolve.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Email us through our contact page or if you have an account with us, you can issue a return from your account and let us know you wish to return your items.

We will provide you with the correct returns address for your items.

PLEASE NOTE: Return items will only be accepted if they are in unused, original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose any original delivery note to help us identify your order.

International: Items delivered to an overseas address must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note to help us identify your order.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
